Madalina is a well-respected dentist with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants, with a strong foundation in general dentistry.

Dr Madalina is motivated and inspired to deliver the best possible smile makeovers and dental care, following this she works very closely with his patients to embark on the journey together, helping her patients feel comfortable and in control of the outstanding results they are seeking.

Madalina qualified in 2014 from a prestigious University of Medicine in Romania, with a Doctor Medical Degree (Hons). She then completed her postgraduate training Diploma in Advanced Dental Implantology at the Tipton Training Academy UK.

She continued her dental education in cosmetic and restorative dentistry completing many courses as the well renowned Ash Parmar Smile Makeover course, Invisalign Full Treatment Course and many others. Madalina upgraded her skills in order to offer cosmetic comprehensive treatments, by completing Advanced Training in Injectable Therapy with Medical Aesthetic Training Academy, Harley Street.

She provides dentistry of the highest standard and believes in pain free treatment, clinical excellence and amazing service. She has embraced digital and high technology dentistry and uses the very latest cosmetic dentistry techniques, materials and equipment. Madalina is an active member of the British Dental Association, British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, helping her to always update her knowledge and understanding of cosmetic dentistry. Outside dental practice, Madalina is a mum of two and enjoys travelling and visiting new places.

Dr Andre graduated in 2001 and received his Degree of Dental Surgery from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Soul (Brazil). After some years working as a dentist and having his own practice, he then completed his Post Graduate studies in Implantology at IEAPOM (Brazil 2005) and at Sao Leopoldo Mandic Dental Research Centre in Campinas (Brazil 2007). Andre places an estimate of 1,000 implants a year and performs all types of bone graft procedures.

In his free time, Andre practices Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, enjoys doing active sports such as snowboarding and skateboarding, and plays electric guitar. Andre speaks fluently in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Mustafa is a dentist that is passionate about providing high quality dental care to all of his patients, his ethos is centred in providing minimally invasive care. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and takes pride in providing ethical cosmetic dentistry tailored to individual needs. He has a particular interest in treating patients with gum disease (periodontal treatment) as well as performing tooth extractions, including wisdom tooth removal.

Mustafa qualified with an Honours Degree in Dentistry from the University of Central Lancashire and before becoming a dentist, he studied Neuroscience at King’s College London.

Outside of dentistry, Mustafa enjoys cooking, playing football, travelling and spending time with his family.

Alexandra joined Emicare in July 2022 as a Receptionist and qualified Dental Nurse. She has been working in dentistry since 2017, in both private and NHS fields.

She manages the reception and ensures the smooth and efficient running of the Clinic. Alex is always cheerful and very good at putting nervous patients at their ease. She enjoys meeting and greeting patients but she is also very good at providing chair-side attention.

In her free time, she likes taking her son out for different activities, watching TV series and to travel.

Andrea joined Emicare Dental & Spa Centre in July 2022 as a qualified dental nurse. After an earlier career of working in 5* hotels she learned the importance of providing exceptional customer service, which is at the core of her work.

Andrea has a further list of qualifications. As well as her dental nursing qualification, Andrea is qualified in impression taking and holds an advanced qualification of Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Filler & HydraFacial treatment.

Andrea particularly enjoys orthodontics dentistry, dental implant nursing & sedation nursing, endodontics dentistry and providing chair-side attention to patients. She loves making difference to people’s lives giving them confidence and helping with anxious patients feel at ease.

In her role as Head Nurse she supervises various elements of the dental practice.

Providing support and direction to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of the nursing team. Andrea also works closely with the practice management team to deliver quality dental care to patients in line with CQC, GDC guidelines, Health & Safety requirements and much more.

With two decades of experience in the dental industry and a background as a dental nurse, Natalie's journey led her to become a dental hygiene therapist in 2011.

Her passion for facial aesthetics ignited in 2014, where she evolved into a specialist and educator. Natalie's calm and friendly approach shines when working with children and nervous adults. She's a master in periodontal disease management and oral health education. In 2023, she joined our academy to share her vast knowledge in aesthetics, making her a valuable asset in this field

As a dental receptionist with nearly a year of experience in the dental field, Gloria brings a warm, organised, and patient-focused approach to the front desk. With a background in both primary and secondary education, she is skilled in communication and building trust — essential qualities that help make patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Outside of work, Gloria volunteers with a charity organisation and enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
