Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a £50 holding fee is payable at the time of booking for all treatments. This fee helps us reserve clinical time, equipment, and staff exclusively for your care.

If you attend your appointment as planned, the holding fee will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day. If no treatment is carried out (e.g., consultation only), the holding fee will be applied to the consultation cost or retained as per the cancellation terms below.

Practice Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we are happy to rearrange your appointment if you let us know at least two business days in advance. This notice gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another patient who may need urgent care.

When appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice, it can cause inconvenience to the practice, to you, and to other patients waiting for treatment. It may also delay important dental procedures and disrupt the smooth running of our schedule.

We do our best to provide appointment times that suit our patients and make every effort to run on time. In return, we ask for timely communication if you cannot attend.

If you cancel with less than two business days’ notice or do not attend your appointment without informing us, the deposit will be retained to cover lost clinical time

We appreciate that emergencies and illnesses can arise unexpectedly, and we will always consider genuine circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Our aim in sharing this policy is to prevent unnecessary charges and ensure we can offer the best care to all our patients.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
